1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of cryptosrank — the website, its embeddable widgets and its mobile apps (together, the “Service”) — operated by Osmium Network Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Our Privacy notice, Cookie policy, KVKK notice and Legal disclaimer also apply and form part of these terms.

2. What the Service is — and is not

cryptosrank is a free information service. It shows prices, charts, indicators, calculators and analysis for stocks, cryptocurrencies, metals, currencies and real estate, and lets you keep a portfolio, watchlist and price alerts.

We are not a bank, broker, exchange, crypto-asset service provider, payment institution, investment firm or portfolio manager. You cannot buy, sell, transfer or hold any asset through the Service, and we never hold your money, assets or private keys.

3. Not investment advice

All content — prices, scores, signals, reference levels, projections, analysis, news and user comments — is general information only. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, nor an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any asset, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account.

Investment advisory services may only be provided by institutions authorised by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK) under a written investment advisory agreement with the client. The information on cryptosrank is outside the scope of investment advisory services and may not suit your financial situation or your risk and return preferences. Do not make investment decisions based on it alone.

Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Investing involves risk, including the loss of all the capital you invest.

4. Market data

Prices and other data come from third-party sources, including Yahoo Finance, OKX, CoinGecko and public exchange-rate feeds. Data may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted or wrong, and the values we calculate — such as gold coin prices, currency conversions, returns or projections — are estimates. Always confirm a price with your broker, bank or dealer before acting on it.

Market data remains the property of its providers and is shown for your personal information only.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available at any particular time, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any feature, data source or the Service as a whole at any time, with or without notice.

6. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Give accurate information, keep your login details confidential and tell us at info@cryptosrank.com if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

7. Comments and other content you post

You keep ownership of what you post and are solely responsible for it. You grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, display, reproduce and adapt it as needed to operate and promote the Service, for as long as it remains on the Service.

Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, spam or promotional; anything that infringes someone else's rights; other people's personal data; or content intended to manipulate the price of any asset, such as “pump and dump” schemes or false rumours.

We do not review content before it is published. As a hosting provider under Turkish Law No. 5651, we remove unlawful content once we are notified of it. To report content, email info@cryptosrank.com with the link and the reason. We may remove any content and restrict or suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Acceptable use

Do not access the Service with bots, scrapers or other automated means beyond normal browsing; overload or disrupt it; try to get around security, authentication or rate limits; probe for vulnerabilities without our permission; reverse-engineer it; impersonate anyone; or copy, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit its data or content. Personal, non-commercial use, links and sharing are welcome.

If you find a security issue, please report it to info@cryptosrank.com and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it.

9. Widgets and embeds

You may embed our widgets on your own site free of charge, unchanged and with the attribution link intact. Widgets come without any warranty; we may change or withdraw them at any time and may block embedding on sites that misuse them or present our data as their own.

10. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, text, graphics, logos and brand names — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Apart from the rights these terms expressly give you, no licence is granted. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission, except where the law allows it.

11. Third-party services and links

The Service relies on, and links to, services we do not control — for example data providers, Google sign-in, blockchain nodes and external websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and using them is subject to their own terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or from your reliance on its content — including trading or investment losses, lost profits or opportunities, loss of data and any indirect or consequential damage.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for third-party claims, and the resulting losses and reasonable costs including legal fees, that arise from content you post, from your breach of these terms, or from your violation of the law or of anyone's rights.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, or delete your account, if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including those on advice, liability, indemnity, intellectual property and governing law — continue to apply afterwards.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, or your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts competent under that law.

16. General

If any provision is held invalid, the rest remain in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the documents referred to above, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If the language versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.

17. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and we will make significant changes visible on the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: info@cryptosrank.com.
